This one is kind of like a part 2 to my last blog. I was watching this documentary on the 2005 Wakefield Basketball team and with this Len Bias movie coming out it got me to thinking why not Potomac? I really don't have a concept together yet but I think a Potomac sports film might be good shit. No I'm not talkin about Potomac out in Maryland and you know damn well I'm not talkin about suck-ass Potomac Falls. I mean good ol' PSHS out in Dumfries, VA on Four Year Trail not that bum ass Panther Pride Drive. By the way i can't believe they named the new middle school Potomac Middle School..... think about it, that means everytime you go to a game the kids are gonna be chanting P-M-S. That's pretty illmatic. Anyway if you know what's good holla at me.

Len Bias

I'm at the crib watching the UVA-Maryland game and i was really shocked that they gave Maryland primetime. I always felt like they were a team worth watching but for the past couple years you could bearly find these niggas on ESPN+. I guess all it takes is one big win at North Carolina and everybody gets on your dick. For all those who never watch this guys be on the lookout in March, they're pretty deep and Vasquez and Hayes (Potomac grad) are a problem in the backcourt. I hope they rock their alternate yellow jerseys come tournament time

them jonts are sick unlike the Wizards wacktastic 3rd jerseys, them shits are GARBAGE and if you haven't seen go find it for yourself cuz' that pic will never make it on the blog cheif but I digress, I bring up the MD yellow for a reason. My boy S.Cannons hit me with a link on facebook and appearently a Len Bias movie is in the works. For those who don't know Len Bias was THE shit as far as local basketball was concerned. His game was ahead of it's time. Nice jumper and he'd bang on you in a heartbeat. He did his thing in the ACC and then got drafted by the greatest basketball franchise of all time the Boston Celtics. Just as everything seemed to be lined up for him he tragically died of a cocaine overdose shortly after he was drafted. If your a real hooper you need to know the name Len Bias.

R.I.P Yo

I was rappin with my boy Andy the other day and we got to talkin about the unaccpected death of Heath Ledger, and i was like damn that's tragic, 10 things I Hate about you was nice (no homo), yada yada. Then he tells me that Mr. Ledger was hanging out with the Olsen Twins. At that moment I saw everything clearly. The Olsen Twins are like the Allen Iverson and Carmello Anthony of drug use. Think about it, why is Heath dead and they aren't? Foul play perhaps? Naahhh not even homeboy thought he could stomp with the big dogs and he got ran it's as simple as that. Niggas don't understand how crazy drugs are, you really got to be on your shit to use coke and stuff man, I mean you wouldn't play football if you did have the skills right? Exactly, and appearentlly these Olsen's are like 1st round draft picks. Speaking of which how bout Ike Turner? This motherfucker was 77 years old and died of a cocaine overdose MAN. What the fuck type of shit is that? think about all the 77 year olds you know, now think about em' all yay'd out...........it's definately not a good look.

First Post, How bout It?

Anybody who knows me knows that I'm a Capcom freak and with Devil May Cry 4 coming out next week and Resident Evil 5 AND Street Fighter IV coming sometime this year my status hasn't changed. Seriously these niggas could make a game about peeing in your pants as long as that yellow and blue jump-off was on the box I'm pre-ordering. Which leads me to this, how come nobody plays Street Fighter III: Third Strike? The shit goes hard and I can't find anybody to run with me. Everybody knows Street Fighter II and Street Fighter II Tournament Edition, and Super Street Fighter II and Street Fighter II Turbo and Hyper Street Fighter II and Street Fighter II After Dark and Street Fighter II Special Victims Unit and whatever the fuck else Street Fighter II they came out with, but no Third Strike. Don't get me wrong they're all bangers but I think the new shit gets disrespected. I really don't even know why i'm posting this cuz' it's not like anyone's gonna start playing it with cats like Lupe and the Cool kids dropping their respective SF II bars, in fact I think everybody with a pair of dunks went out and bought a Sega after they heard The Cool. Alls i'm saying is dust off your PS2 find a copy of the Street Fighter Anniversary Disk and give it a whirl. At the very least you'll enjoy the soundtrack, I swear everytime I hear house music I wanna dragon uppercut somebody in the face now.
